Patterns don't live in your head. They live in your body. In our sessions we work through breath, movement and presence — because the body remembers what the mind tries to forget.

About me

I spent a long time trying to change myself.

I thought freedom lay in understanding. Knowing more. Doing more. Becoming more.

Until I discovered: what keeps coming back isn't something you stop. It's trying to show you something.

Today I don't guide people toward a better version of themselves. But back to the place where movement becomes possible again.
